7 Lead Generation Strategies

There are several different ways in which a business can create a lead generation, here are 10 tips/ strategies that you can use to generate more leads for your business:

  1. Have a clear Call to Action for lead generation.

Your website should just be a gateway to getting clients in your door. Studies have shown that a website with a non-distinct call to action on their website generate less business that those that do. Having a strong Call to action on the left side (more people are prone to look at the left side on the screen) will help generate more clicks to your call to action and generate leads.

  1. Have a consistent blog.

We cannot stress how important it can be for your business to keep a consistent blog. Most business will blog strong for a month, maybe two and then never again, so people don’t they care about their website. Now, this doesn’t mean that you need to be posting every day, but something that is comfortable for you. Maybe once a week, once every two weeks, or even once a month, just consistent that visitors that visit your website can see that you are involved in your website. Also, having a  blog will increase your visibility and lead generation is more likely to happen.

  1. Use LinkedIn.

LinkedIn has become a front runner in the social media platform. Unlike Facebook or Twitter, LinkedIn is mainly for creating business connections. So, your post will most likely be read by someone who is actually interested and you are more than likely to generate more leads.

  1. Give Better Offers.

If you are a small business, it can be harder to get the amount of publicity you want. If you are offering the same price for the same service as a bigger business the bigger business will most likely always win. Though, if you offer better deals to potential clients it can be in your better interest. When you have a stronger following and your business has grown more, then you can raise the price.

  1. Remarket to past clients.

Do not be afraid to use the emails that you have now. By using clients that have, in the past, done business with you, you can bring them back to your website. Creating a reference discount like “10% off your next roofing inspection for you and your reference!” can go a long way.

  1. Have a strong About page.

Your “About” page is most likely the first page that your audience will click on. The About page should say what you do, where you do it, and why you do it. It should have everything summed up about your business on one page. It would also be beneficial to you to have a Call to Action on your About page as well.

  1. Have an effective landing page.

A landing page is made for the audience members that has already clicked into it. You’ve gotten this far; you don’t want to mess it up yet. Keeping your landing page simple and to the point is essential. Your landing page should be clean and specific, no crazy background, no music, and very easy. This will make lead generation easier for your audience.
